 The Dundee Merchants Association is looking for an engaging and creative individual to promote the welcoming, vibrant and historically charming Dundee Business District through social media and new website. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute a results-driven social media strategy with social media calendar in collaboration with DMA Communications Chair.

• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and website

• Content to include: written posts, video, and photo content.

• Attend events and produce live social media content.

• Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.

• Monitor social media channels for industry trends.

• Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.

• Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

 Work Hours

·         Approximately 4 hours/week or 20 hours per month

·         Wage: $25/hour

·         Monthly meeting and limited event attendance.

·         Work from home

 Social Media Coordinator Qualifications / Skills:

• Passion for Dundee Neighborhood, Small Businesses and Supporting Local

·         Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms

·         Proficiency with video and photography, digital media formats for content creation

• Excellent social listening skills

• Strong copywriting skills

• Creative and Detail-oriented
