The Dundee Merchants Association (DMA) is a long standing, active organization of voluntary Dundee Business owners and operators whose collaborative efforts work to preserve, improve and celebrate the Dundee Business District.
DMA members understand that how we are perceived by the public makes a huge difference in the success of each business and the business district as a whole, which in turn, plays a key role in the vibrancy of our entire Dundee neighborhood. Along with the Dundee-Memorial Park Association (DMPA) and the Dundee Business Improvement District (BID), the Dundee Merchants Association is a vital force within the neighborhood to keep Dundee strong. We encourage you or a representative from your business to consider joining the DMA today.
The majority of Dundee Merchants Association businesses are located in the area bound by Dodge Street on the south, Saddle Creek on the east, Western Avenue on the north, and Fair Acres on the west. However, we welcome every area business who is interested in the activities of the Association to become a member.
Time Commitment:
The Association holds a monthly hour long meeting. Meetings are posted on the Dundee Merchants Facebook Group page. We invite you to attend an upcoming meeting soon and learn more about DMA.

Featured Merchant of the Month Advertising: Each member is highlighted by the DMA Social Media Coordinator for a full month in Historic Dundee Social Media and receives a full color print ad in the DMPA newsletter (print and email), circulation over 3,500 households. (Over $250 retail value)
Collaborative Marketing Projects such as the Dundee Passport, online neighborhood directories, and on the Historic Dundee Social Media Channels managed by a professional Social Media Coordinator.

DMA Annual Activities:
Dundee Day – This 50+ year neighborhood tradition is held each August in partnership with the Dundee-Memorial Park Association. The Dundee Business district and neighborhood is promoted across the city with live music, street vendors, family activities, 5k race and parade.
Lights on Dundee Holiday Event – This annual community building event celebrates Dundee Businesses with the reveal of Christmas lights and activities for guests at Dundee retail locations.
Family Film Night in the Sunks – A new community wide event to invite Dundee residents to attend an outdoor movie night and enjoy the beauty of Dundee.
Street Beautification – Oversight of street landscape maintenance.
Marketing – Identify affordable methods to raise public awareness of the attractiveness of the Dundee neighborhood and its unique business district.
