In this 4-week introductory session you will learn some essential perspectives and practices in the art of dreaming, gently courting your dreams, allowing them your presence  and space to become a mirror for your waking life. These time honored practices and traditions will enrich your own personal process of dreaming yourself awake.

This introduction is more of a personal than collective journey, though our individual selves together tend a collective field for each other while we process. Know that if you feel called others with similar resonance are also feeling the call. This Dream Circle will take place on Friday evenings for 4 consecutive weeks, each circle is from 6-8pm.

Please just sign up for the October 18th date and you will automatically be enrolled for all other dates: October 25th, November 1st and 8th.

Each session will involve some mix of:

• altar creation

• herbal tea check ins

• meditation

• personal creation (examples are: make collage affirmations, draw, wild writing and a personal talisman).

• guidelines for sharing in circle

• dream sharing through a collective lens for care and action
