We have amazing volunteers that come out year after year to make this event the success that it is today. THANK YOU for being such a huge part of our event. Volunteers get a bag of goodies from Dundee merchants to show our appreciation and get free admission into the Beer Garden.

If you're new, first off - THANK YOU! Here are the jobs that we need help with:
Event Setup - Help set up and prepare tables, chairs, trash/recycle bins, and fencing, etc. as needed for vendors, pancake breakfast, and beer garden.
Afternoon Tear-Down - Assist with vendor booth removal; relocate barricades and fencing to convert from vendor market to beer garden; move and stack tables and chairs; clean up as needed.
End of Night Tear-Down - Take down and pack sponsor signs; remove fencing from blocking streets and driveways; move and stack tables, chairs, and barricades for removal; clean up as needed.
Event Support - Assist guests, vendors, and staff as needed; general awesomeness to keep the event running smoothly!
Pancake Breakfast Assistance - Be an extra set of hands to keep things running smoothly - help the pancake guys with meal prep, keep food lines moving, keep tables setup and clean, and keep the space tidy. And eat a pancake or two.
Sustainability Volunteers - Help make Dundee Day a greener neighborhood event! Encourage guests to divert waste from landfills by directing them towards our on-site recycling and compost containers. We're grateful for application from both individuals and groups (ex. families or Sustainability Clubs), as we know it takes many hands to protect our planet!.
Volunteer Tent Staffing - Help volunteers get signed in and out; manage appreciation gifts for volunteers, and assist guests with vendor locations, event schedule, lost and found, and answering questions. Shade and chairs provided!
